Please observe the following policies when visiting the library and utilizing the collection:

Using the library

• Students are expected to be courteous and to show respect for their fellow students, the library staff, the library facility and its furnishings, as well as the library materials.
• All policies found in the student handbook will be enforced in the library.  Students may lose library privileges if a discipline referral is issued.
• Water bottles are permitted in the library; other drinks and snacks are strictly prohibited.
• Students may visit the library before and after school at their discretion.
• Students who wish to visit the library during Study Hall must obtain a signed pass from the librarian the morning before their assigned Study Hall.  Students should plan ahead if their school work requires them to use the library’s collection during their assigned Study Hall as last minute pass requests will not be honored.

Using the collection

• Students may have six items checked out at any given time.  This can be any combination of books, back issue magazines and/or eBooks.  Students must show a valid student ID in order to check out library materials.
• The loan period for  most library materials is two weeks, with unlimited renewals
